10 Tears in the Good Beer Guide Presentation 23/09/2016

A presentation to mark the fact that the Turks has qualified for inclusion in CAMRAs Good Beer Guide for 10 consecutive years. We will be marking this by making a presentation to the pub on Friday 23rd September 2016 at 8pm. Massive congratulations to all involved.

The good news is that the Haresfinch Club has been selected as the St Helens CAMRA Club of the Year for all the hard work you do promoting real ale and cider.

 

We will be presenting the certificate for this on Friday 22nd July at about 8pm. Everyone invited

July Branch Meeting 13/07/2016

The next branch meeting will be on Wednesday 13th July 2016 at the Brown Edge Starting at 8pm. The main part of this meeting will be to practice our bowls as we are due to play  the other local CAMRA branches on July 23/07/2016 (Details to be confirmed) All members are invited (even better if you have a set of bowls bring them with you altough you will be able to borrow some.)

Merseyside Pub of the Year 2016

Excellent news for the branch is that the Cricketers has won the Merseyside Pub of the Year for the second year running and will now go forward to run off with the Cheshire POTY to see who becomes Regional POTY. Well done to Andy , Denise and all the staff who have worked so hard to achieve this and good luck in the next stage.
